historical building essence, lovely shared balcony, great location

Room sizes indeed disappointingly small!!! Plumbing issues left the bathroom with unpleasant odors. Minor maintenance neglect is evident throughout the premises.

Everything was simply great. The total stay was nice by first visit. The location was good, you can visit Shardeni street by walking. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was very very good, especially oatmeal, eggs and cheese.

The location was good yet it was not very far from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The breakfast was very good and excellent, the choice of oatmeal, eggs and cheese.

The hotel's location is excellent, perfectly situated to explore the vibrant culture and heart of Tbilisi, making it easy to immerse yourself in local attractions.

Unfortunately, the small double room provided was located right above the noisy outside air-conditioning unit, which disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

The location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi's attractions, but the small room felt cramped .

Excellent location in the heart of Old Town. Charming traditional architecture. Nothing noisy surrounded by greenery. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean.

I enjoyed relaxing on the shared balcony, appreciating the view while enjoying a local pastry. The charming, historic building captured the essence of Tbilisi, though the ground floor room was a bit too noisy for my taste.

The excellent location and lovely traditional building made it easy to explore the old town. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by trees and a park during my 7-night stay.

Perfect spot for a solo traveler

The hotel was tucked away in a quiet corner , I loved that. I was able to sit out on the shared balcony with a local pastry, just taking in the views when I had a break from my adventures.

It wasn't inexpensive but worth it for the comfort and convenience.

The location is superb, offering easy access to the city's main attractions and a charming ambiance close to a park. Enjoyed the cozy common veranda. The lack of soundproofing could be an issue for light sleepers.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location in the city center is really convenient, only an 18-minute drive from the airport.

The rooms were well-appointed and new-fashioned. The breakfast was very very good. Perfect location within a close distance from an ancient fortress.

Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the Old Town. the staff here were awesome and super friendly, definitely would come back in a heartbeat! 💫
