Exceptionally nice, pleasant people working here. Particularly good location - in the heart of the city. Easy to reach from Novo Alexeyevka airport, 18 minutes drive.

New-fashioned and well-appointed room overlooking garden. Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Freedom Square. Busy area near a quiet square with lots of trees as well as many great restaurants.

The hotel was in a favourable location not far from both restaurants, shops and the Old Town. The staff were lovely and good as well, would go back in flash.

The rooms at Boutique Hotel Tekla Palace are amazing! The bedding is so cozy, and the air conditioning keeps the room perfectly comfortable. It feels like a dreamy retreat for a tired traveler like me.

Personally, I would have preferred a different view from my room. But hey, it's just my opinion, and others might still find joy in the garden view.

The rooms were well-appointed and new-fashioned, the breakfast was very very good. Perfect location within a close distance from an ancient fortress. Busy area short walk to the center of the city and trendy bars and restaurants and the neighboring cafe.

My a double room was double superior in new condition. The location was absolutely perfect - ease of access to an ancient fortress.

The location was good yet it was not very far from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The breakfast was very good and excellent, the choice of oatmeal, eggs and cheese.

All the staff was awesome, fixed my issues. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with character, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Some of the staff were inexperienced.

Everything was simply great. The total stay was nice by first visit. The location was good, you can visit Shardeni street by walking. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was very very good, especially oatmeal, eggs and cheese.
